We have been with Barfoot Mt Eden for a very long time . They have always been helpful and polite .Careful selection of tenants ,on our behalf , has led to a positive experience . Would recommend them as conscientious and professional .

We live in the UK but have two properties in NZ that we know are in good hands My personal mantra is "maintain, maintain, maintain" for all properties, as not only are they our assets, they are the are the tenants home and if you have happy tenants hopefully they will treat the place as they would their own home. Hence Keely knows she has the discretion to make instant sensible decisions in emergency situations. Unlike our former landlord in the UK who had to be contacted for every minor detail that may need fixing. In the end, he ended up doing everything he could on the cheap and ended up paying for it in the long run. By using cheap labour he got shoddy work, in one case resulting in water from the en-suite shower leaking through to the bedroom carpet. She has served us extremely well and I have always insisting on getting quotes for a major job, but to get the job done properly so it will last. She is excellent in keeping us informed which must be tricky with 2 properties to look after for us. She is very prompt, courteous and gets the job done I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone especially if you are living overseas as we have been for 25 years now and have been with Barfoots the whole time and to date have had no trouble with any tenants.

Our agent (Keely) has been very helpful during the process of finding our first rental in New Zealand. Her communication and response time is great and she even checked in after the Auckland floods, to make sure that everyone is fine. I will definitely recommend using her as your agent.
