        Service is really good, I liked how they informed their customers on the surcharge before dining in. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was really tasty.

        My partner and I went for a drink around 2.30 on a Monday and it wasnt busy. As expected there was just 1 staff member which is fine but she was quite rude and unapologetic. The service was quick though. The interior is well decorated and clean. The bubble tea are substandard but priced as regular. Some of the drinks and jelly were not available which is ok because it is COVID times. 100% will go to the Westfield mall just 2 min further away for my next bubble tea instead of this one. Not worth it.
