Vend Point of Sale

Overcharged us three times in a row. The final time we had to quit the software, their customer service is seriously lagging, when making our final query on an incorrect invoice their CRM software kept failing and that left the query pending for a month before they just started to ghost us about the billing issues.

Warning. Do your full homework first and dont just take their sales teams word for it. We signed up after being told by two sales people it would fully integrate with woocommerce however this is incorrect. Their system cannot handle sales prices from woocommerce so if youre running a normal / simple woocommerce site this point of sale is no good! They refunded half our $356 saying we had use of their system which is untrue. We contacted our sales guy within 48 hours pointing out multiple issues that arose when we tried to use it. Now their account people are saying they have done everything they can and to talk to our sales person, who has gone on holiday!

Made enquiries several years ago about Vend. Never Took their product or service. Didnt even do the trial. Now in January I received an email with an invoice. There was no charge but thought it weird to get an invoice for something I enquired about 5 years ago. I called and left a message no reply. So I called again the agent Jean listened to me and said he would need to speak to accounts about closing the account that they have chosen to open. Later that evening I heard back from Jean via email to advise me as I know very little about my account they cannot legally close the account. I am shocked as I have never signed anything and the only information they seem to have is my email address. Which they emailed me on and I replied to. This is really a concern as I dont use them and dont want to. Seems very desperate to not allow a person to not want their service. I emailed Jean back to advise I was annoyed to have NO RESPONSE Very disappointing and I dont recommend Vend at all very unprofessional. Feels like a SCAM.
