The recent IR authentication system update in early Oct has affected you payday filing & you may need to resubmit some transactions.... WHY would you put this message into MYOB & NOT EMAIL ME THIS ERROR INSTEAD... Useless! Errors like this should be emailed!!!!

        This would be the most annoying company to deal with. I have been on hold for one and a half hours and still no response. To make matters worse they do not provide an email address. What are they scared of??

        It would be appreciated if there was email address that hard of hearing people can use to contact some one at MYOB. A phone number is useless obviously. And the website is no help at all.

        Do not switch to MYOB payroll. Dreadful. Expect to hold on the phone for hours, no service, poor system. Basically no one cares at this company.
