        Do not switch to MYOB payroll. Dreadful. Expect to hold on the phone for hours, no service, poor system. Basically no one cares at this company.

        If I could - this would be ZERO stars. Message when I signed into MYOB... Action Required... The recent IR authentication system update in early Oct has affected you payday filing & you may need to resubmit some transactions.... WHY would you put this message into MYOB & NOT EMAIL ME THIS ERROR INSTEAD... Useless! Errors like this should be emailed!!!!

        This would be the most annoying company to deal with. I have been on hold for one and a half hours and still no response. To make matters worse they do not provide an email address. What are they scared of??
