Snowcentre Newmarket

**Update** I downgraded my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because of the way the supervisor handled one of my orders at the time. I ordered white coloured snowboard bindings and while the lady that ordered the binding for me from the manufacturer was nice, when the bindings arrived, the bindings had some small scuff marks on it. I talked to one of the staff about it to see if they could order another one and they said they would need to to ask their supervisor. The supervisor came and talked to me. He did not want to order another one and gave responses that were disgusting/appalling. He said things like "this are just small marks, what's the problem?!" and "these marks were created while transporting the goods and cannot be avoided" and "the bindings are going to get scratched anyway when you use them". He reluctantly offered that I can either get a refund or keep them as is. I tried to ask him if he'd be willing to give me a discount on it since it is slightly scuffed up and he could claim the offset from the manufacturer. He said no and that the manufacturer would laugh at them if they brought this back to them and complained about it. And also said the manufacturer would just sell it to someone else at full price. *Older Review* Top notch fast friendly service from staff. Got a couple of stuck snowboard binding screws and they were able to remove it quickly even though I made a hole in one of the screws trying to remove it myself with a drill and screw removers. Looked at some new bindings after that and Jerome was helpful, patient in explaining the different bindings and not pushy at all.
