This morning at 11am, on Marlborough street Mt Eden, the driver of this car bumped into my car while I was parking on the side of the road. The driver came out of the car denied everything and went into his house. I am absolutely disgusted, there is no honesty and even a sincere apology.

SuperRude4U Appalling Customer Service from Anthony, The Owner of SuperCare4u. We have had many mobility services and there is no "Super Care" in this service whatsoever. The driver was rude, condescending and aggressive, he keeps raising his voice in frustration of his own mistakes when he should be providing the utmost care especially to someone that is a quadriplegic and just got off a stressful flight. The Mobility passenger was having a spasm and the driver was yelling at her to stop and moved her arm abruptly without asking for consent unlike our previous drivers who always ask for permission before moving or touching the passenger. Never have we encountered someone so unhelpful and rude when he is suppose to be providing a mobility service to the community, unfortunately google does not let us give less than 1 star which this gentlemen thoroughly deserves, there is many other great mobility services in Auckland so this one should not be on anyones list.

Best transfer service in Auckland. Have been using these guys since 2011 and always our preferred supplier.

Good friendly drivers. Unfortunately, the customer service on the phone is rude and unfriendly. Don't recommend.
