Great customer service! I phoned in before I drove down to the store, just to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and the guy was super friendly and helpful. When I got to the store, he even showed me some badass card tricks hah. That was awesome!

I am not the one who usually writes bad reviews but the experience was so bad, had to write one. I had been using Relx pre filled vape pods so wanted to get a device with refillable pods. This store had such good reviews, decided to go there. They recommended to get Wenax H1 with good juice. Spent $60. They showed me how to fill the pod as well. I thought they were really helpful. After few mins I used the vape, the juice was leaking and coming in my mouth from the top. It was so awful. I went back to let them know about this. The guy- Callum there, told me the coal may be toasted because I used it too early after filling it up. I was supposed wait for 10-15 mins for the coil to heat up. they never told me abt this , infact they are the ones who filled the pod with liquid. He said there is nothing they can do to help other than replacing the pod.Anyways I decided to use the other pod that came with the device, worked fine initially in the store.Half an hr later, the liquid started leaking and coming in my mouth from 2nd one too. Its definitely faulty. Bt they ate not that helpful so will avoid going there ever again. Wasted $60. Going to stick with my relx. Didnt expect this kind of customer service from them.

Showed my vape to the staff member working, continued to sell me coils that dont even fit in my vape. Wasnt aware that would be the case. Tried to call to organise a refund. No one picks up the phone. Bad customer service, and staff who dont know what theyre doing. Wont be coming back.

I think my review was a bit lazy tbh, so here's the review you really deserve. If you're new to vaping or a pro, this store offers everything you'll need. Great quality devices, my Geekvape is (so far) indestructible and excellent quality. The consumables are a far higher quality than you'll find at some other vape stores. Much better flavors, less impurities meaning longer lasting coils with a smooth enjoyable experience. The staff, you guy really do rock!!. So knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to share experiences n advice to find the best products to suit your needs and budget. I've always felt comfortable and welcomed into the store with a truely genuine and friendly service.
