        Couldnt even use their service. Its always been walk in so I walked in. I got ignored by the two staff who were cutting hair. I sat and waited and another person arrived and the wait list app was discussed with him. I still had no communication let alone mention of a new app booking system. After they both finished and had a moan cleaning up about it being so busy on a Sunday, the other guy got called over. Then I got asked if I was George- someone on the app wait list. I said no, I just walked in for a beard trim. I was then told to put my name on the wait list and I could go after George who wasnt even there. Thoughtless, rude, unprofessional and unfriendly if Im trying to be PC. My hope is you get plenty of quiet days in there- keep offering that level of service and it will happen for sure. Rest assured I wont be coming back!
