Few things I noticed while dealing with jason 1- he asked to pay the money now as he saw me before starting the job he said a reliable customer will pay me the money before I start. 2- after i met him in 5 minutes he told me his rate is $120/hr and he underquoted me and immediately sent me a new quote. 3- his quote was to clean the windows and the house however when I asked about the windows he said u need to pay me extra as my rate is $120/hr 4- every time I asked about something needs to be done he will spend 10 minutes telling about he has contracts with Raywhite, bunnings etc. 5- he just wanted to finish doesnt care about the results as according to him has to go to bunnings to wash their nursery 6- when he finished he told me i washed ur balustrades from inside and they are still dirty from outside and you need to clean them. I didnt ask him to do it as it is part of his job bec i had enough just really wanted him to finish and leave.
