Jerome is the guardian angel of my business and he's an absolute gem. You know that feeling when you meet someone and they are actually listening to you - like, actually listening to you - that's Jerome. What's more, after listening he'll respond with a considered and thoughtful answer that clearly shows you haven't been wasting your breath. Jerome has helped me and my business through rebuilding post COVID, hiring staff, introducing systems and structures, getting a handle on the numbers and he's always available to help. Always.
