If you are looking to have your posture or back issues addressed, look no further. The staff are incredibly polite, especially the receptionist. I have always felt welcome and incredibly comfortable when I arrive and wait to be seen. My chiropractor was Dr Ed Timings. Every time I saw Edward he greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. He would always recall previous things we discusses (hobbies and interests) which was a really nice touch. He made me feel like much more then the typical patient. In my first session he clearly outlined why the issues I was experiencing where occurring. He addressed these issues briefly and created a plan for me to follow up to correct my misalignments. Every minipulating he made was incredibly calculated, reassuring me that he isn't just minipulating my joints pointlessly as previous chiropractics had. He took into account my sport and lifestyle to assure that he could prioritise his time with me to gain the optimal results. Each session was efficient and lasted only around 25 minutes. Yet, each session was clearly planned and organised well. I really appreciate the clarity of information he gave me. I have seen 4 different chiropractics and a osteopath. None of my previous experiences where as in depth as this. If you need to see an osteopath you may as well save your money and time and book in with Edward . He will give you more accurate information than a vast majority of osteopaths.

Dr Ed Timings at Back In Action Chiropractors NZ has been a miracle worker to me. I have experienced world class chiropractic treatment that has changed my life. I met him when a leading skeletal specialist insisted I would not recover from the recent accidents Id had. Unhappy with prior diagnosis, I received 2 separate verbal recommendations from professional athletes, to put my trust in Ed at Back in Action. Initially I presented with multiple spinal injuries that were complex in nature, and made life extremely difficult for me. I was chronically depressed & in excruciating pain from my head to my feet. Ed is an exceptional Chiropractor with a diverse skill set. His patient & kind manner made me instantly feel like I was in expert hands. He makes chiropractic adjustments with ease & encourages his patients to become active in their recovery & healing. I have enjoyed a significantly higher quality of life with eliminated pain, and substantially more mobility. My depressive symptoms are relieved & I now enjoy my life a whole lot.
