Bays Dental

Last week, I was in horrible pain but luckily could manage to book an appointment quite quickly. Consultation was $129 and got an estimated treatment plan cost about $2,000 total with fillings and root canal. Got prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief and I was booked in middle of March, which was more than a month away. It was fine as the the Dr. said after the antibiotics I won't be in pain. Finished the antibiotics but it was still a bit painful. Asked Dr. via text more antibiotics as it's a long time to wait with the pain, but no answer and apparently he was in overseas which was fair enough. So I called the reception and asked, the receptionist said not sure about it and they had only 2 dentists and she needed to ask her manager. 3 days passed, she didn't call me back. Emailed and requested the cancelation, of course no answer either. Not gonna surprise me if they contact me and say I didn't cancel my appointment early enough close to the appointment. I already got another consultation and root canal from somewhere else and it costed me $650 less than this place.
