        Huge bouquet of thanks for Sophias assistance yesterday (Customer Services). Sophia went out of her way to find the items I couldnt find on the shelves. She had to climb to the top of the mobile ladder & drag down a huge carton. Then on the side of the store she again brought the ladder & climbed up to the top to locate the other items I wanted. Not an easy task for young woman; nevertheless she was polite & friendly & more than happy to help. Thank you Sophia
