        Thank you to the surgeons who fixed my moms hips, and my doctor for assisting me with my psoriatic arthritis. Of course there are communication delays, cancellations and etc, but the medical system in NZ is hectic and most staff are trying their best with what they have

        My dad admitted to Emergency last week due to heart attack but got vein infection. Nurse in this department lack proper training on knowledge and skills to practice strict aseptic techniques. The Kiwi India nurse was very arrogant and racist towards my Chinese step mom. Hospital should take feedback seriously.
