        Was working out this morning minding my own business but happened to overhear how the trainer Jacqui Keilman spoke to one of the members (whom I dont think is even a client of hers as it looked). I am quite disgusted and in disbelief. Hope this doesnt happen regularly as it seemed two of the ladys were picking on one girl.

        My wife and I have just joined Just Workout Milford. We gave up gyming together some 20 years ago and decided that it was time to get back into it and take better care of ourselves. This gym suits our needs perfectly. It has all of the equipment we need and the staff are simply amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help, support and encourage you. This is the beauty of a small gym environment.
