So easy to use this store and so much variety they keep the place happy clean and these are the types of shops I like to shop at

They have a variety of organic food which is great. However, I took my hand wash dispenser to refill but the their dispensers arent designed for refill. The staff offered to help using a funnel, that was nice but when I came back home and started using the soap it seemed diluted with water, it was too runny. The customer is paying extra (its more expensive than a store bought hand soap) to be environment friendly and then they get such poor quality product, thats unacceptable.

So I had some chocolate strawberries get lost with a courier and they sorted it within the day and even dropped off the delicious things personally (+ a bag of vegan lollies). Amazing customer service.
