        It is time this practice uses technology to update patients of delays. It is not acceptable to book an appointment and expect people to hang around for 30 minutes to be seen (given they know this in advance), I'd go out of business if i did this. It's not hard to pick up the phone and give a heads up (or text us) so we can postpone or just arrive a bit later. We all have one of those friends who just never show up on time, this practice is that friend...

        Today I had an appointment with Dr Athena Drummond. The empathy and genuine interest in my health is unmatched by any other medical professional I have encountered...she is in fact, perhaps the best doctor I have ever consulted with!
