Can't really rate the physio as left after talking to the receptionist. My suggestion would to give her customer service training.

After getting a massive run around from ACC I was very fed up with dealing with specialists or other treatment routes; however the team at Active+ have been amazing to deal with. Patrycja has gone above and beyond for the treatment. Would 100% recommend.

Ashley at Milford Physiotherapy exceeded all my expectations. He treated me as a friend, not a "number". His knowledge appears to be extremely thorough, and he clearly has a particular interest in running form and injury prevention. I came to him with a number of running injuries, and through video analysis and practical advice, great strides (no pun intended!) were made in all my niggles. The fees are also very reasonable, especially when you consider the level of care provided. Could not recommended Ashley and the company enough.

Having tried many physios I no longer go anywhere else. A clear communicator with up to date knowledge and centrally located Ash fills me with confidence. Can't recommend enough.
