Stress free experience Jordan helped us right from the moment we engaged him. He helped us with the purchase we were trying to navigate and gave us great advice, better than our solicitor! He even spoke to the vendors agent on our behalf. His market knowledge was invaluable. Communication was great throughout the sale of our property which made what is usually a very stressful time easier to get through. He is very professional but also genuine and friendly. After a year of meeting with various agents and visiting a million open homes, we finally met Jordan and Brooke and they stood out head and shoulders above the rest. They are so much more approachable and down to earth than your average agent, while still being super professional and extremely good at their jobs. In particular, we appreciated their advice and input into making our house look its very best for sale. We'd always noticed their photos stood out on trademe, and now realise it's because they're so actively involved in this process. We feel this made a big difference to the outcome of our sale. They were patient with our various questions and nerves leading up the auction, and provided super regular updates of open home numbers and how things were generally looking. We were really happy with the sale price and the whole process went as well as we could have possibly hoped. We'd recommend them to everyone, and can't imagine why you'd list with anyone else.
