On arrival I felt anxious even about a simple knee procedure. However as soon as I hobbled into the reception I felt at ease. Without taking away anything from the professionalism of the team, it almost felt like a day spa. The staff were all very friendly and put me at ease. The whole procedure was explained to me by Dr Walker and his team and I felt reassured. Once the procedure was over, in recovery I was once again met by Dr Walker and he explained to me what he had done and even took before and after photos. Before being discharged one of the nurses spent time explaining to me what to expect in the days to come and also provided me with a "Discharge Information" pack, which was helpful to read the next day with a clearer head. Please note that this was all carried out while Auckland was in Level 3 Covid lockdown. The safety processes in place was as you would expect from to top notch facility. Thank you to all the Nurses and Staff.
