WELL & WILD

I came to Chris and Lisa with spinal stenosis, after being told I may need to consider back surgery at age 24. I was on tramadol and amitriptyline among other drugs and I was still in a lot of pain and having trouble sleeping. After seeing them for 2 months not only was I off all the medication and in a lot less pain, but I found my mood had improved. I had greater awareness of myself physically and emotionally, and had the willpower to be able to shake off the extra kgs that had been stacking on due to the perpetual pity party I was holding for my wounded self. Now I look forward to every session I have with them. I have changed so much already, and I can't wait to see how much more I will change as I heal in all possible ways with their help.

I was introduced to Chris and Lisa on a professional basis, and as I got to learn more about what they did and the amazing transformations they were having with their clients, I decided to give it a go. Wow, 2 years later, I look forward to my Well and Wild Healing House session each week, have noticed I deal with work stress way better and take on new challenges with way more ease than before. My whole family now visit the Healing House each week and we now all enjoy better overall health and well being thanks to Chris and Lisa's work (awesome folk by the way!). Its kind of hard to explain exactly what they do, but would suggest to anyone looking to improve their health, feel better, have more energy or overcome any health issue to give this a go - and let the results speak for themselves. Best of all, I like the fact that I am using my own bodies intelligence to heal and live stronger rather than pumping myself full of harmful drugs focused on the symptom and not the cause. Greg

Genuine, sincere & full of incredible care for your well being & personal growth.... Love all that I have learnt about myself & the care of my body on the inside which helps me make healthy changes on the outside as well, which affects my whole life! I Love going there to regenerate & re-balance to find clarity again.
