        Everything about our New build was easy except for Dunsmuir crafts very poor customer service, and "green" wood that the owner of Dunsmuir crafts used to make our custom Macrocarpa doors. 3 barn doors made and when our builder went to instal them they were too warped/out of shape to use. The Dunsmuir craft owner, Tony, has an ego and is quick to anger over issues with his craft. A couple more to replace were made with the same result. We spent $7000 including hardware but only after engaging our lawyer, we got $1900 and didnt get a full refund of what we were owed. This business owner has no moral conscience.

        Totally agree 100% with Tania Young comments. We too have been subjected to Tonys aggressive and threatening attitude after purchasing a poor quality unfit for use door. He has NO customer service and if you question him then be aware you will cop his aggression.
