The Italian Job Service Centre

My first experience was disappointing: very slow with poor communication and no apologies. It took 4 weeks to fix the clutch which should only have taken a few days. However I had to return to double check that the problem had been properly fixed and the second time Peter was courteous and helpful.

Unfortunately I do not have one good thing to say when I took my car in for repairs. The service was unacceptable, I was charged to excess and upon speaking to another person found he had been charged full price for 2nd hand parts. I am a non smoker and someone had been smoking in my car. Never would I take my car or advise anyone to go there.
