I could not be happier having made the move to Jayne Sangster and GoTax Accountants. As an owner/operator of a one-man business I used to be with a very large accounting firm where I honestly felt that I wasn't getting the advice and attention that I needed because I was so small. I wanted a better relationship with my accountant. More than that, I wanted to have an accountant who actually offered advice on doing things better in my business. And in both respects Jayne has exceeded expectations. Jayne is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and has absolutely gone the extra mile. I get regular emails and phonecalls and her advice has streamlined my accounting process and saved me tons of time. I get a far more personalised level of service and and receive pertinent advice (that has saved me a lot of time and effort). In short, I'm paying less than I did to my last accountant for much better service. I have actively recommended her to my own network, and those who have acted on that recommendation and become her clients rave about her as much as I do.
