        This time last year our girl Ember spent a week at ARC with pneumonia. They took her in late on a Saturday night and gave her the best care possible, including twice daily phone updates, and allowing us to spend time with her daily. Whilst it was expensive, I felt the price was easily matched by the level of skill and care of everyone we met while she was there. Because of Dr Ryan and all the team we had extra time with our girl until near Christmas.
