        On contacting Windress the customer service was very good and service person booked in. The service person contacted me, both on intial visit then on return with parts, before agreed booked time slot to say they were on their way. Work carried out as needed in a positive and friendly manner. Very pleased to have our washing machine back up and running, thank you.

        Cant fault receptionist, very helpful. However, the technician gave me no advanced warning of arrival. Rang me saying he would be 5mins away, I was working. His response to me asking for an advanced arrival time was negative. Very offhand manner. Not sure whether it was because I was a woman, and thats why I should have been at home all day waiting for him? and because its a washing machine He couldnt fix the problem, but that would be $126 thanks very much!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Service: Washing machine repair
