Fantastic customer service received from Kelly. I didn't go to the store, everything done through phone call. She helped me find correct accessories from manufacturer for a vented dryer, order them, arrange billing and delivery installation. That's absolutely excessed my expectation. It's been over a month since I placed an order. Delivery was painfully slow and tracking info was only supplied after I asked for it. Then the item arrived in the wrong colour. It took days to get a new product on the way and only because I wrote emails and phoned them. Now over two weeks later, tracking still doesn't place the item anywhere near my location. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and while they had the opportunity to put this right after the first blunder, they chose not to do anything different. I'm fed up and would never ever order from this company again. Stay clear of them if you don't want the same hassle. Thankfully, there are plenty of good companies around who know the value of customer service and deserve our business.

Do not go here, a toaster on the web was published at $78 and was available, when I go to the store the price of the same was $86, and they did not have in stock and the seller wanted to give me the one that was on display as it was the last one, without box. He didn't even bother to look for a solution, he just told me Sorry.
