        Ngaire is gold. Service with a smile and interested in your child's needs. Hillary Barry needs to give her a good as gold payout. Ngaire knows everything from clothing to fitting seats and understands velcro seating

        We were in the market for a couple of new car seats. We previously had had a very bad experience with the manager at Baby Factory Northwest so we wont purchase anything through this branch. I called through to the Albany branch yesterday to see if they had the car seats in stock. I spoke to an amazing lady called Jenny she was super helpful and informative. We called in today to purchase and Jenny was there her customer service is exceptional, product knowledge second to none and super personable. She let us test the seat in the car to make sure it fitted. Such a lovely lady to deal with and made the experience extremely easy. She is an asset to the Baby Factory thank you Jenny we will be back.
