DO NOT BUY PRAMS FROM THIS STORE! We brought the mountain buggy urban jungle from Babycity last Easter 2022 as we got a good discounted price on sale. Our baby was born in September 2022. We had only been using the pram for 6 months and the breaks broke down on us. We took it back to the store to see what they can do and they said they would fix it. It took 3 weeks to hear back from Babycity so we wrote and email saying we would please like a refund as the pram is faulty and not safe for our baby. Ive been fighting with the company as the Consumers Guarantee Act said we are eligible for a refund as its an unsafe product. The company refuses to do a refund or exchange (manager offered an exchange) Highly disappointed in this company as they will not accommodate for their customers and not follow the consumer guarantee act guidelines. Extremely disappointed in Lorraine (regional manager) as I feel she does not understand how we feel about our situation. The fact that they are giving our pram back to us haunts me as I would hate for the pram to break again in 6 months. What if we are crossing the road and the breaks broke and we got hit by a car? Very scary. Lorraine knows everything we have discussed and as a mother I am high disappointed and sad with her final answer. To the manager, please dont promise an exchange if you cant keep your promise. I hope you all can make your other customers happy. I will not be shopping at Babycity ever again.

I received poor service whilst trying to shop here. I drove 30min to view prams for my second baby. I received the attention of one store assistant and she immediately walked away saying she will be with me in 1 minute. The store was empty of customers. Im waiting for ages and the other store assistant behind the desk ensures me she wont be long. I was kinda in a hurry and didnt want to twiddle my thumbs so I decided to leave and come back on my way out. This time I was told everyone was on lunch break. The next time I drove out again I received assistance from a young adult male. He clearly had no training because he couldnt answer any of my questions on the Phil and ted double voyager pram I was trying to buy. Like what configurations it can do, where the adapters where to trial it out, or how heavy the kids can be, etcvery clueless and wasnt making any helpful tips to try smooth it out. And the store was kinda busy and he was really stressed and I felt so bad for him. I just felt so rushed as well. Please train your staff, he was genuinely trying to help just didnt know anything really! Especially on big ticket items like the prams! Very disappointed and ended up buying the same pram elsewhere. :(

We have received so many compliments every time we visit family, of the gorgeous clothes bubs wears. We love buying clothes from Baby City which has a great selection of high quality clothing. Staff are always friendly and helpful when we walk into the store. With the store always tidy and organised, making shopping there easy when your with your little one. Had an issue with 1 of the many items we have bought from Baby City, however we were contacted back within less than 24 hours to discuss and were supported with store credit which we look forward to using. * Friendly helpful staff * Quality clothing * Organised store with a great selection * Supportive and helpful management

Was served this afternoon by a lovely lady (didnt get her name - she was wearing glasses) who took me and my husband through both the Mountain Buggy and Baby Jogger prams discussing the features and making sure we chose the right running pram for us. She was really knowledgeable and helped us decide! Thanks so much

This review should be wrote a year ago. Experience with poor customer service when I asked for faulty products refund. Two staffs were rude and unhelpful. One of it yelled loudly on my family with my infant. The other one grabbed my husband shirt. Behave like a gangster. Escalated the complaint to the company with someone called me in 5 minutes for apologize. Then end the story. So sad and never experience such a poor service before.
