Sales team have nice people...however, three different reprints on three different occasions. I was told by their head of production and one of the sales mangers on separate occasions that it is because it was "pulled through too quickly". Problem with the bag on one of the jobs as well. No quality control. Ample amount of chances to get it right. They just can't. So disappointing. I really wanted to like these guys.
