The staff are all very lovely and professional.
Finding the place was a bit difficult, I was looking for some sort of sign saying Elis Face and Beauty but there were none about. We ended up looking for the building number and got the right place.

the only feedback i would have is to have the phone on silent because it was ringing during (but honestly I don't have any issue with this), and the music stopped part way through which made for an awkward silence but again, very small in comparison to the awesome time we had.
