Chose my products and took to counter. Staff member grabbed a combo box for me that I hadn't seen that had two of the same products in the same size that I had picked out plus another full size product, that was $50 cheaper than the total of the two I'd individually selected. Well done spotting that and thankyou so much! My first time shopping there but that's earned my loyalty

Staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't know about the products they sell. I've asked for the most powerful mask for DRY hair and they said: "the Vitamino Color for colored hair should be the right one for you, even its saying it is for colored hair". Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. The mask doesn't have any effect on dry hair and when I checked Loreal recommendations, there's nothing saying about the use of this mask for dry hair.

Shampoo & Things is aways tidy and has very helpful staff that work there. A big thank you to Jamie for your help over the weekend. I have used my new shampoo and treatment only once so far and have noticed that my hair is already looking much softer and healthier.
