Had a great experience buying a bed here, met Pauline who was friendly and helpful, asked good questions and showed us what they had to offer, we eventually landed on the right bed at the right price for us. Delivery people were very respectful of our newborn in the house and were whisper-quiet during delivery. The bed itself had zero delivery damage, was easy to assemble with good instructions and has been great to sleep on. Perfect!

Terrible experience dealing with the Bed Shop in Albany. When discussing my purchase in the shop I discussed with the assistant (Adele) that I hate foam beds after having a Tempur bed years ago, as they can run hot. It was my #1 point. She assured me that the one I was purchasing was fine. It wasn't. Both of us were BOILING in it. Even just sitting in it watching TV, after 10 mins we were roasting. They replaced it with another bed stating it was different. It was the same brand with exactly the same problems. We were after a fair and reasonable solution, but their tone completely changed and there was NO compromise. Shocking customer service and cheap products.
