        I absolutely LOVE Wallace Cotton and have shopped online and in-store in the past. The other day I bought a pillow online to match my other Wallace Cotton pillows at home but accidentally purchased one the wrong size. Today I popped in to the Rosedale branch to exchange it for the correct size. I was served by Karen who gave me a $15 store credit for the difference in price of the refunded pillow. I asked her 4 times in total if I could have a refund rather than a store credit and 4 times she attempted to deflect my attention on to something else in hopes of distracting me away from my question. It was a really odd experience. I found this really unfair as I am a student who does not have a lot of money but the small amount I do have, I have spent at the store. I would appreciate it if you weren't so small-minded as to think you can pull the 'Wallace Cotton' over my eyes with your red-herring. I will continue to shop at Wallace Cotton but it wont be at this store. Trying and failing to trick your customers just so you can be staff member of the week is pretty sad.
