I ordered 6 weeks ago and still hasnt arrived, Ive rung 4 times and no one has called me back as promised, is this scam? Im starting to believe so. And if not then you need better service

This company is a scam. I paid in full on 18th Nov. product never arrived. Company never returns emails or phone calls. Refuses to refund. Steven is a scammer and you should avoid this company at all costs

Please can someone contact me about a fairly large Order i placed 2 weeks ago, it was said to arrive over a week ago, ive sent emails and made calls and left messages each time and no-one gets back to me, if i cant get a delivery very soon i would like a refund please, not impressed!!!!!

Product is great but everything is a shambles behind the scenes - very late orders (2weeks+), had to follow up on multiple orders before they were even shipped. Lack of apology or even a response to emails when chasing up. Website is messy, broken and not intuitive at all. Unfortunately although their product (coconut kefir) seems good I would advise avoiding them to save yourself the hassle. It's a shame because no-one else offers this niche product. *edit* Response to owner: Appreciate the reply but if you really are the owner then think you should be taking more ownership and actually apologising to customers for your poor service. Case in point is the person who also put a review below asking for you to send their order, which was also 2weeks+ late. They're not the only ones as I saw similar messages on your facebook page too, which I encountered when researching to see if others had a similar experience. I think I'd be much happier if you had 1) set correct expectations on your website (I see you've now added a website banner, which is good) re delivery times and 2) responded & apologised when I chased you up, with no order updates. I'm sorry but a "thank you for your message" is not really satisfactory and honestly it doesn't give me much faith in your product, even if I can get it retail and avoid the hassle ordering it via your website. I hope the production team is better than the customer service/admin side of things...
