I wanted to share my great experience with Electrify NZ North Shore. From the moment I made my first enquiry about e bikes, the team were so helpful. I felt welcome and under no obligation to buy when I test rode a bike I liked on their really cool website. Any questions I had were answered straight away..these people KNOW their e bikes! lols. I purchased my bike, and they customised it to fit me, and it comes with a free service in 6 weeks..yay! And I also got a great price on a bike lock. For a small business, the team look after you in a BIG way. I am really happy with the service and can truly recommend other's looking for a new e-bike to go see the team at Electrify NZ North Shore. They will look after you well and get you the bike you need. Thank you.

What an amazing bike! Should have done this ages ago. Thanks to ALL the staff, helping me getting the right e-bike for myself. Answering millions of questions etc. Thanks James for showing me how to ride the e-bike with it's best performance

Bought 2 electric bikes, happy with follow up service from James. He sorted the right size bikes out and had suggestions for transportation problems.
