        I came in for a blood test and specifically asked for Rey as I've heard positive feedback from the reviews. I was really pleased with my experience, I have a skin condition which makes it difficult to find my vein, but Rey was very kind and patient, putting in extra time and effort to ensure he had the right spot. He did really well, and was reassuring the whole time. Thank you very much!

        Rey was very friendly and went out of his way to make the experience comfortable for me. Wait time was around 20 minutes but the queue system was very well organised.
