        I did post "No one answers the phone. Are they in receivership?" sometime ago... A "foot" note. They do answer the phone (probably were at smoko at the time we rang). A year after, we got a Maxwell gypsie capstan combo and the stripper broke. I think the warp jammed and broke it, it's plastic but strong. Rang Maxwell who did answer the phone and sent us a new one, their expense and a lovely beach towel. The winch is now 2 years old and works a treat. Warp chain combos never work well but theirs has and continues to run like new. Excellent product and service.
