I was a customer of Debbie Meiklejohn's for the previous 2 years, during which time she did both my personal taxes and the taxes for my small business. In the end I had some major problems with the way she did the work and what she charged me. When I brought the errors to her attention and requested in a business-like way that she consider refunding a portion of what I had paid her for work that was overcharged and contained serious errors, she responded by making excuses, and then refusing me any form of recompense or even a sincere apology. As a small business owner myself, I consider this a very unprofessional way to run a business. If I could give negative stars I would.

Nightmare service provider, not able to do basic bookeeping and credit control once a month. As a warning to anyone who is business, as soon as you have any issue with the service not being delivered, she will block access to your accounting file so you can no longer do business.
