Nespresso Boutique Albany

Order at 8:35am to ensure delivery within the 3-hour slot which I paid extra for express delivery. No order by 1pm, called the help line - they couldn't resolve it. Had me on hold for 20+ mins. Only after I messaged them and called them did the driver pick up the parcel. It hasn't arrived yet. They said it might arrive today? Paid the express charge for nothing. Thanks.

Lovely boutique store on the Western side of the Albany mega mall. Professional service where The staff greet and serve you with sincere politeness. Tried a coffee at which was no charge and It was made superbly. Thanks guys will return soon.

Good service, but when I had a long black it was in a glass which doesnt work, needs to be in a proper coffee cup and needs a good frothy head on it.

Twice now I have received poor service from the Albany staff. Staff are quite rude and they do not like making coffee for Nespresso Club members. The first time I met with this poor service there were no customers in the shop and a rude person on the door said I had walked in the exit area (they had some red ropes in place). There were no signs and no other customers. Last week I asked to be pointed in the direction of the Christmas coffees whilst browsing and a rude staff member said to me there is a queue over there there was no one at her counter and I did not require assistance. I then asked if I could please try a coffee and was told coffee counter is closed again no signs and she was not even polite. I walked out for the second time. This shop puts the Nespresso name to shame as the staff at the Queen Street shop were so helpful and so professional and so polite. Albany staff need some customer service training. Dreadful experience twice !! No other option on the North Shore or in the CBD so will be trying some other branded capsules going forward.
