Very disappointing service. Handle Solutions recommended and fitted an electronic door lock for my specific situation. It failed, they replaced and it failed again. They then said it wasnt suitable for my specific situation (!) and replaced with another brand - charging me for both the new product and the installation. When questioned about it being a warranty issue and ongoing discussions they have put it with debt collectors. Having spent $1000s with them for house reno they obviously dont honour warranties or have any sense of service for their customers.

Staff were very helpful when we visited the shop, buying an expensive front door lock. Two weeks after installation, we noticed that 2 of the 4 retaining pins showed signs of corrosion. We removed the lock and brought it back to the shop. Staff assured us, that they would contact the supplier and we would hear back get within a couple of days. Covid Delta hit the following week, we waited, then later emailed the company adding pictures of the corroded parts. Weeks later, we sent a follow up email. A staff member rang, informing us the supplier is working in level 3, but he knew nothing about our problem, but would follow up. Since then, now three months down the track, we are yet to hear from the company again! Sick of waiting for something to happen, my husband went ahead and made stainless steel replacement parts. We would not reccomend or use this business again.
