        Came here to get a full set of tyres fitted and balanced. When I went to collect my car, I noted them using clip on wheel weights on my alloy wheels. Went back in to ask them to remove and fix this and was told it was a normal procedure but since they were closing I would need to come back another day. I felt as though i was being belittled as a young woman, possibly having them assume i dont know anything about cars. Came back with my partner and had them resolve this, however they have left my alloy wheels damaged, with chunks of paint missing as well as damage to the actual rim of the wheel with nothing else said.
