I ordered a phone from this company over 3 weeks ago. I knew it could take awhile to be delivered as it said up to 14 days. After the 14 days I called to find out how long then phone will take to be delivered. To my disappointment they couldn't tell me when my phone will be arriving, They did have the same brand phone arriving on Monday just a different colour. I was in desperate need of a phone as I didn't haven't one. So I took one I didn't really want. I'd prefer the one I ordered but I don't know how long that will take to arrive.

Absolute worse company I have ever delt with. a 7 day shipping is turning in to a month long ordeal, every time I have contacted since day 7 I have been told my item is due into the shop a couple days later, 3 weeks on and still the same story ( just a couple more day) I understand shipping delays at the current stage with the state of the roads but these muppets are selling goods that they dont even know where they are in the world, I purchased a big order off mighty ape on Friday evening and it was sitting at my house Monday morning and I live 4 hours from Auckland! Absolute no excuse for misleading information about their product, MIGHTY APE FOR THE WIN! Parrallel imports 0/10
