I needed a new strap for my grandsons car seat and dropped in to see Allbaby Ltd. The gentleman was so nice and friendly, he welcomed me and said he would look into finding me a strap and asked if I would like him to recover the seat as it was a bit tired. I asked how much and it was such a good price I said yes. I contacted him the next day and went to collect the seat. He had found new straps and replaced ALL of them not just the missing one. He recovered the whole unit and only charged me the original price he told me. It isn't often a business will give you something for nothing, but this company exceeded my expectations and were super nice in the process.
