        Charge expensive, dont get the speeds the technician tells you after roping you into an expensive satellite. They dont bother sending a technician out but fast to contact when they want money. Hopeless customer service dont recommend using these guys at all

        Before you do anything, check the office hours, will that work if you have an issue after 5 on a Friday? They're really just a joke. See if you can get dial up, because even something works better than nothing. Oh, dont even talk about the bonehead installers, seems, trying to make a neat and tidy job is beyond their job description. Wouldn't touch them again. Unfortunately I cant give zero stars. Won't be long before these clowns are all over Fair Go and the commerce commission for fraudulent representation of their product. Bozos
