Staff clearly were not very good in customer service. No other customers were in the store, i stood in front of the cashier for a while waiting to pay but it was as if i was invinsible. They took a while to acknowledged me and a few seconds later another customer approached them to ask about duty free and ALL THREE staff immediately were busy serving this customer who was still only asking abt duty free i had to wait just to pay and it was frustrating, because there were 3 of them and i dont knw why all 3 had to serve the other customer who came after me

It was an unpleasant experience at this store! I bought an almond milk concentrate today. After I paid for it, I found an almond gift package which just 7 dollars more than buy milk concentrate only! So I went to the counter to check if I can change it to the package and the sales said no! However, she was the one who helped me at first, and she didn't even tell me they have such a good package or any of their deals for boxing day! Last year I bought a lot from your shop because the sales ladies were so nice! The shop was very busy and they still can look after every one and gave reliable recommendations. Such a big difference of this year. Very disappointed
