        I had an urgent parcel to sent this afternoon. After checking website for business hours I rushed down in congested traffic to Albany branch of NZ Couriers only to be told cash sales close 1/2 hour before they close for the day. There was no way anyone here would help me & I had to leave. I would not recommend NZ Couriers to anyone nor use them again.

        Avoid at all costs everyone I spoke to lied I been told I will get a refund been two months now haven't heard anything emailed called absolute joke

        Absolutely atrocious service. No update on tracking number for 4 working days on an overnight delivery. Extremely difficult to contact. I will avoid buying anything online from anywhere that uses NZ Couriers and would recommend you do the same

        I have been phoning the customer service no as well as the branch no from my mobile and it keeps on getting cutoff or says the no is not available for my area. It is impossible to get hold of anyone or book a collection. Very very poor and frustrating service.
