I registered my boy here when he was four years old three years ago. He is almost seven years and a half now. We have never been offered a chance to get the dental check. I tried to ring them several times but never managed to get hold of anyone. Always voicemails. I understand the pandemic has great impact on our lives. However, this kind of service is still too disappointing.

Have been trying to book an appointment for my kids for about 3months if not more. I never get an answer the phones always just rings.

Under Covid traffic light phase 3 circumstance , they have a careful procedure. Sending SMS reminder, calling one day before appointment to make sure you are still well, sitting on the car and waiting for call to double confirm your health condition, hand disinfection before you entered the entrance door. The staff were all very nice. The young male doctor was very patient to explain my daughters how to brush their teeth and how to use dental floss, and so on. Even my 3 years old daughter said, this is a very nice doctor.
