We needed a 3 piece interlocking door for our new en-suite. They came out and measured and quoted the door. I picked it up and installed it, only to find it didn't interlock. I assumed they had forgotten to include the interlock mechanism and emailed to find out where it was. I received a reply "I did explain to janine when I took the measuremen's that the doors do not catch together when you move them" So, we ordered a door that didn't do the main thing we specifically wanted it to after being told it wouldn't? i don't think so. No further replies with suggestions on how to resolve the issue were received, pretty poor customer service. The workmanship quality is fine, so if you are using an off the shelf item from them you should be OK, but if you are getting a custom design be very clear about what you are ordering, probably best to get the design in writing so you dont have to spend $900 then modify the door yourself to do what it was supposed to do.
