    Samsung fails to adhere to the Consumer Gaurantees Act. SW1289420. My S22 Ultra was sent via Vodafone NZ (One) 11 April and we haven't heard back from them. Will be advising the Commerce Comission.

    It was friendly and convenient service. However, the reason I gave 4 stars is phone frame was scratched after repair. My phone is well looked after all the time.

    Incredibly hard to get a hold of and they still have my phone, repair was supposed to take 3 days and its been 14 days so far with no response from SSCNZ. Have paid in full and not happy at all.

    Very poor service plus incompetency. I gave my Galaxy S21 phone to be fixed on 15/02/2023 and received it back on 02/05/2023. There were two small problems with the phone: 1) a crack on the back camera protection glass (the camera was functional) and 2) sound distortion on the handsfree speaker. I clearly identified these problems on the application form, but they sent me a quote just for the camera protection glass without checking the speakers. I called them and had them correct the quotation. However, they weren't able to fix the phone for 2.5 months, and every time I asked, they gave me misinformation and misled me repeatedly. When I said that I didn't want to pay for poor service, they refused, saying that Samsung has no international warranty,even though my request was not related towarranty, instead theirpoor service. They didn't even call me back when they fixed the phone; I realized my phone was fixed when I went there to inquire.
